Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: February 9, 2026 For Consulting Appointments Clients may cancel scheduled consulting sessions for a partial refund with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Written notice must be sent via email. Preparation begins once appointments are booked, including slide creation, session design, and review. Deposits help cover this work. While flexibility is valued, aPHP retains the right to compensation for preparation completed prior to cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
